Good News From Bertha Peters - A New National Champion in the Family

I am not sure how to access the family site, but I thought that the following might be of interest to the family. Our Sandra, as one of the woman's rowing team, became a national champion this past Sunday at the National Rowing Competition in Gainesville GA. The following website, www.illinirowing.com, has pictures, a video, and the news release. We are just so proud of Sandy who has only been rowing for 2 years.

If you think that this is newsworthy, please pass it on.

Update on Aunt Catherine

Catherine Goodin at the 2009 Peters Family Reunion

Just talked with Charles Robert Peters who is at the hospital with Aunt Catherine, and her condition has improved.  She was actually able to eat something today.  They've even made plans to begin her on a gradual rehabilitation program.  Now, when you pray for her, be sure to praise God for her progress so far (...and the doctor's have no medical explanation for her progress), and please pray for her continued improvement.
