Passing on some information I received in an email from Debbie Huffine, the youngest daughter of Lowell Peters. Lowell passed away on February 9, 2010. Lowell was the son of George Burton Peters, and the grandson of W.C. Peters. He had a history of diabetes, high blood pressure and stroke. His death was the result of Vascular Dimentia.
